For revitalization we recommend the use of the harder massage brush (p.e. # 11145). Move the brush across your skin applying medium pressure. Always begin at the back of your right foot and continue up to your thighs in circular motions. Then repeat the process on your left leg. Subsequently, massage your hips, waist and belly, always in circular clockwise motions. Massage your arms always beginning at your wrist and moving up to the shoulders. Finally, give your back and chest some TLC. The entire massage should take a minimum of 3-5 minutes and works well if your skin shows a little redness.

This type of massage stimulates your vegetative nervous system, which results in the release of histamines and gives you a boost of energy.
